Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a Product Designer who cares deeply about user experience and knows how to turn complex ideas into simple, clean, and intuitive products. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to design digital experiences that people genuinely enjoy using.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both business goals and user needs, communicates clearly, and takes ownership from concept to final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to shape product direction
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve usability
• Maintain and improve design systems and UI consistency
• Simplify complex workflows into clean, easy-to-use interfaces
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and product discussions
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or related roles
• Strong portfolio showcasing web or mobile product design work
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
• Good understanding of user experience principles and responsive design
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and confidently
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing SaaS, fintech, Web3, or mobile-first products
• Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards
• Experience working in agile product teams
• Animation or interaction design experience is a plus
